Shipping Policy

Order processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 7 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping methods & timeframes
We ship every order by standard shipping at a flat rate of $49 CAD. Transit takes 6–10 business days after dispatch, and may vary with carrier availability and destination.
Duties & customs
AUREON pays import duties, taxes, and customs clearance on your behalf. The price you pay at checkout is the final price — there is nothing to pay on delivery, and no paperwork to handle.
Shipping damage
If your order arrives damaged, document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@aureonppf.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Refund & Returns Policy

Return eligibility
Unused, uncut film rolls in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Film that has been cut, installed, or damaged is not eligible for return.
How to initiate a return
Contact us at returns@aureonppf.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team provides a return authorization and instructions within 3 business days.
Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Restocking fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of special-order items or large-volume orders. This is communicated before your return is processed.
Defective products
If you receive a defective product, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Defective items confirmed by our quality team are replaced or refunded at no additional cost.
